Check In
We recommend that all Dogs that will be attending daycare be checked in between 7am-12pm.
LATE CHECK OUT
If your dog is picked up after 7pm for daycare or boarding, a $15 charge will apply. Pets remaining after 8:00pm will be boarded for the night, incurring an additional charge for an overnight stay.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable without exceptions. Please only book a boarding reservation if you are absolutely certain your dog will need to be boarded during those dates.
EARLY CHECK OUT (BOARDING)
As a boutique hotel, we take pride in accommodating fewer dogs than other facilities in the area. We depend on confirmed reservations for the specific duration that our clients have booked. If you choose to pick up your dog early from their boarding stay, please note that you will still be charged for the full reservation. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our policy. LEASHES/LEASH REACTIVITY
All dogs are required to be on a leash when you enter the facility. Please refrain from letting your dog wander off-leash on the premises. Retractable leashes are not allowed in our facility. Please be careful when entering the lobby.
Make sure to keep your dog(s) leashed and under your control while in the lobby. An employee will help you by taking the leash when it’s suitable. We appreciate your cooperation.
MEDICATIONS
We are thrilled to provide medication to dogs staying with us, and there is no extra fee for this service. We treat medication administration with great care and can handle different types of medication, including injections, and more.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow modifications and cancellations to boarding reservations up to 7 Days prior to the start of a confirmed boarding stay during peak times and 1 Day notice during off season (as defined by Loving Paws). Failure to cancel a reservation before the 7 or 1 Day time-frame will result in a forfeit of your deposit. However if we are able to re-book your room you will receive your deposit back, it can be credited to your account for future use or credited back to your credit card.
